New Membership Form

'With effect from 1 November 2009 the junior section is introducing a £20 registration fee for new members in addition to the £90 annual membership fee.  The £20 registration fee will entitle new members to receive a free Club shirt.  New members who sign up to the existing standing order membership scheme and send all of the appropriate paperwork to either Debbie Porter or Nick Williams before 31 October 2009 will not have to pay the £20 registration fee and will be entitled to a free club shirt.'
