Poole under 15 v Parley at Parley
1/6/09 League Match
Parley batted first , Ollie and Alex were the only batmen to reach double figures, with innings finishing on 94 for 8. The pick of the bowling, Charlie Arnold 2 for 18 from his 4 overs and James Underwood 4 for 16 form 4 overs.
In reply, Poole lost 7 wickets before passing the Parley total with a 3 wicket win.
Nationwide Cup 5/6/09
Poole u 15 v Swanage
Poole, needing to win, asked Swanage to bat, posting a score of 118 for 2 wickets. 2 wickets for Ben Richards. This meant Poole had to score 119 without losing wickets. Michael and Ciaran opened, Michael lost his wicket to a brilliant catch when he was on 34. Brewster and Ciairan then took us past the total, Ciaran 46 not out and Brewster 48 not out.
Poole v Hamworthy 8/6/09
League match at Canford Park Arena
Poole batted first and scored 126 for 4 from their 20 overs. There were major contributions from Chris, Brewster. Max and Scott. In reply Hamworthy were bowled out for 74, Ben 4 for 15, Jordan 3 for 5. Dom Hand closed the innings with a wicket maiden.

Poole v Puddletown at Puddletown
Poole were asked to bat first, and posted a competitive 158 for 7 , with contributions from Ciaran 28, Brewster 17, Jordan 32 and Scott 21. In reply, Puddletown were 139 for 6. Tom Moysey was the pick of the bowlers with 3 for 6.
The league season got underway with an away win at Wimborne & Colehill sorry I don’t have any details

The first game was a game against the Poole Town Bs Chris was bowled by Carl and Ciaran ran out by a good accurate shy at the stumps, mike and Jordan both retired the innings finished on 165 Carl 3 wickets the Bs reply 76 for 6 after 20 overs
Suttoners couldn’t raise a side and have pulled out of the league
18/05/09 Poole V Bournemouth at Chapel Gate
Bournemouth batted first and because of a rounders game we were relegated to a substandard pitch with long grass in the outfield and an uneven track it wasn’t easy to score runs and they limped to 87 for 8 wickets Ben bowled with a lot of venom and finished with 1 for 14 James 2 wickets for 0 finished off the tail Poole passed the total for the loss of 4 wickets
20/05/09 Poole V Broadstone at Broadstone rec Nationwide cup
Broadstone batted first and amassed 145 for 3, our reply needed someone to retire but although 3 or 4 players got good starts nobody really went on and finished the job, it went to the last ball and we lost by 1 run, an exciting one for the spectators.
25/05/09 Poole V Christchurch league cup
Poole ambled to 181 for 6 Mike retired with a quick fire 38 Tom continued his impressive form with the bat and also retired Ben contributed with 22 James and Ciaran ended undefeated with 15 and 10
Christchurch with storm clouds gathering were never in the hunt and were bowled out for 65 everyone had a couple of over’s Tom 2 James 2 Ciaran 3 for 1 and under 13 Lewis took the last wicket.
