| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

PLEASE GIVE US A TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THE COURIER FREE DELIVERY All deliveries Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) placed before 4pm will be despatched the same day and delivered the next working day free of charge on orders over £39.98. DELIVERY CHARGE MAY APPLY FOR LARGER ORDERS OF BOXES/BUBBLE AND BULKY ITEMS We will contact you if you are outside of our local delivery area and we need to use an outside courier to deliver you large quantities. If in doubt please feel free to contact us for a quotation. LOCAL COLLECTIONS Free 10m Bubble Wrap and Tape on all orders collected over £30.00 ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY Before 4pm will be despatched the same day, for delivery on the following Monday (except bank holidays) ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR FRIDAY AFTER 4PM Will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. CHARGES FOR SPECIAL DELIVERIES Next Day before 9.30 am £15.00 Next Day before Noon £10.00 Saturday before Noon £23.00 Off Shore Deliveries – N. Ireland, Channel/Scottish Isles ask for quote. SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS All parcels will need a signature unless you give us an instruction to leave with a neighbour/in the garage/on the porch etc. PLEASE LEAVE GIVE US YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THE COURIER OUT OF STOCK We do our very best to ensure that we are not short of stock, however, should this on the very rare occasion happen we will notify you immediately by email and or telephone and keep you informed as to when you will have your delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

| Guarantee GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION RETURNS We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your product. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are what you have ordered. If the goods are unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund, less postage costs. We can arrange for collection but we will charge you for this, unless of course the item is faulty.
